Drake Interview on The Tonight Show

Drake is having a very successful outing with his latest album Views which debuted at #1 last week with over 1 million copies in the first week, earning him Platinum status right away. He’s also expected to remain on top in the second week while his single ‘One Dance’ also sits at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Before he hosts and performs on Saturday Night Live on May 14th, Drizzy sat down for an interview with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show. He spoke on success of his latest album, his Virginia Black whiskey, getting a reaction from his father about the album (he delivers a funny impersonation) and played a fun game with him called “Faceketball”.

New Video: Birdman – ‘Respek’

From making a song about it to merchandise, Birdman has turned his iconic “put some respek on my name” line into a full fledged movement. Well, he can truly thank Charlamagne and The Breakfast Club for it.

Today, the Cash Money honcho hits the streets of New Orleans for the music video for the song which serves as his official single from the forthcoming Ms. Gladys album. It will hit stores June 24th. Watch the video below.

New Video: 2 Chainz – ‘100 Joints’

2 Chainz’ latest album Collegrove which heavily featured Lil Wayne is still going somewhat strong in the streets. Today, the rapper releases a video for one of the solo songs on the project, ‘100 Joints’.

Although the audio has almost no connection with the video, Tity Boi does a good job in trying to bring awareness to hatred towards the Muslim American community. Watch it below.

Birdman Talks Breakfast Club Interview, Gay Rumors, Lil Wayne, Problems w/ Rick Ross & More on Ebro Show

Birdman didn’t end up doing a proper interview with The Breakfast Club because he wasn’t too happy with Charlamagne not putting “respek” on his name.

But he invited Ebro and Laura Stylez to do an interview with him at his Miami crib which turned out to be quite an en-depth one.

Birdman addressed his problems with Charlamagne right at the start of the interview. He says he was dead serious when he walked into the building but it ended up being funny for the internet because of how things went. He also talked about Rick Ross not having warm words for him and says he doesn’t understand why he would feel this way towards him.

The Cash Money boss cleared the rumors that he’s been blocking the release of Lil Wayne’s much anticipated album Tha Carter V, saying he would he would never do such a thing since he has money invested in him and Young Money.

Baby also talks about gay rumors, Drake and Nicki Minaj’s success, losing money on certain artists, “p*ssy n*ggas” not putting respek on his name, 50 Cent’s ‘I’m The Man’ being his favorite track right now and more. Watch the full interview below.

will.i.am Reveals Funny Prince-Michael Jackson Incident in Vegas

If you’ve been a Prince or Michael Jackson fan, you’d know that they both had a rivalry in their prime. Although it was never supposed to be that serious, stories from their encounters have always been entertaining.

will.i.am was a guest on The Ellen Show and confirmed a previously rumored story about an encounter between the to late greats.

Michael Jackson called Will and asked him for tickets to a Black Eyed Peas show in Vegas but MJ couldn’t make it because he had to put the kids to sleep. So Will offered him to come to an after party where Will and the Peas were supposed to perform a short set with Prince. MJ wasn’t too comfortable but agreed to come after Will made Prince’s reps extend a special invite to Michael.

While Will, Michael and Chris Tucker were sitting in the VIP, Prince left the stage and came to their section aggressively playing his bass guitar. We will let will.i.am tell the rest!
