Nicki Minaj Speaks On Drake Not Having Any YMCMB Features On ‘NWTS’

Is Nicki Minaj not feeling Drake at the moment? Both artists are signed to the same label and have been close for years but Drizzy made it clear on his Nothing Was The Same opener ‘Tuscan Leather’ that the relationship isn’t the same anymore by rhyming “Not even talkin’ to Nicki, communication is breakin’/I dropped the ball on some personal sh*t I need to embrace it.”

Fans were kind of surprised when Drake’s third album was released without a single Young Money/Cash Money artist featured on it (well except a short outro from Birdman on ‘The Language’). The femcee called into DJ Whoo Kid’s show on Shade 45 today to discuss working with Eminem on ‘Roman’s Revenge’, plans for next album and thoughts on Drake leaving out YMCMB artists from his album.

“Drake can do what Drake do but Nicki Minaj s a whole different person.”
