Ghostface Killah will release an alternate version of his album 12 Reasons To Die which will be produced by Apollo Brown and given away at select retailers only. The limited edition tape will be given away, along with Issue One of the Twelve Reasons To Die comic book, for free with the purchase of the CD or LP of the album at participating independent record retailers.

Jay-Z’s ‘Open Letter‘ has the radio, internet and White House going crazy. Co-producer of the track, Swizz Beatz called into Hot 97 and spoke in brief on how the track came together, also revealing that Trey Songz has vocals on it as well (at the 2:10 mark in the song).
White House Press Secretary Jay Carney held a briefing where one of the reporters asked him about some of the lyrics on Jay-Z’s new song ‘Open Letter‘. He denies Jay communicating with President Obama about his visit to Cuba.
