Ashanti Talks Relationship With 50 Cent

Ashanti recently made a stop on Shade 45 for an interview with DJ Whoo Kid on his Whoolywood Shuffle show. She discussed her new single ‘I Got It’ featuring Rick Ross, doing television, pushing her own label Written Entertainment, being single and more.

At the 10:50 mark, Ashanti talks about her relationship with 50 Cent and how they had nothing personal against each other during the G-Unit-Murder Inc. beef. She tells the interesting story when 50 apologized to her once (for dissing her on songs during the beef) at the VMAs at the behest of Nelly.

The Game, Ja Rule, ScHoolboy Q, YG, Too $hort, Jay Rock & More Perform At Fresh Fest 2013

Fresh Fest 2013 concert went down at the Nokia Theatre in L.A. last night featuring performances by The Game, Ja Rule, Mystikal, E-40, Too $hort and more. Game provided plenty of entertainment as he brought out special guests YG, ScHoolboy Q and Problem to surprise the crowd. Watch footage from the show below.

The LOX ‘The Trinity’ Release Concert In NYC With Special Guests

The LOX celebrated the release of their latest The Trinity EP with a concert at Webstar Hall in NYC last night. They didn’t do it alone. Chinx, SBOE, M.O.P, Busta Rhymes, Jim Jones, Mack Wilds, Maino, Bodega Bamz and Troy Ave were some of the special guests invited to the concert. Check out some more footage below.
