Kendrick Lamar Takes Shots At Drake In BET Hip-Hop Awards Cypher (Video)

The Cyphers (full lineup for this year here) are generally the most anticipated portion of BET Hip-Hop Awards every year and it looks like Kendrick is determined to make it even more explosive this time around. The awards, which were taped in Atlanta this past weekend will be airing on October 15th but we have a brief preview of Kendrick’s part in the TDE cypher today.

Kendrick, Jay Rock, ScHoolboy Q, Ab-Soul and newest signee Isaiah Rashad are part of that cypher but in this video which you can watch after the break, Kendrick goes straight for Drake by rapping the following lines,

“Yeah.. and nothing’s been the same since they dropped ‘Control’/ And tucked a sensitive rapper back in his pajama clothes / Ha ha the joke’s on you, high five.. I’m bulletproof/ Your sh*ts a never penetrate, pin the tail on the donkey boy you been a fake”

In an interview with Power 106 LA a week ago, Drake hinted at his displeasure towards Kendrick’s ‘Control’ shots, though he never went straight at Kendrick. But the former doesn’t seem to be in a mood to fall back.

50 Cent On Live With Kelly & Michael

50 Cent is set to appear on an upcoming episode of Dream School, a show which aims at helping students who struggle in one way or another. A transgender teen named Alan will be on the show with 50 Cent which will will premiere Monday, October 7 on The Sundance Channel.

50 stopped by Live With Kelly & Michael show to discuss the show and his forthcoming movie with Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger, Escape Plan which opens in theaters on October 18th.

2 Chainz On Disappointing 1st Week Sales: “Slow Motion Is Better Than No Motion”

2 Chainz debuts a new vlog today, simply titled “I Don’t Give A F**k” where he, well, addresses things he doesn’t give a f**k about. One of them is the much talked about sales figures for his new album B.O.A.T.S II: MEtime which sold 60k in the first week. According to Tity Boi, slow motion is better than no motion. Who agrees?
