Rapper and Love & Hip Hop New York cast member Joe Budden stopped by Hot 107.9 this week to promote his new album, No Love Lost, and to talk about his role on Love & Hip Hop New York.
In addition to talking about the drama between his ex Tahiry and his current girlfriend Kaylin Garcia, Joe went into further detail about his feud with rapper and fellow Love & Hip Hop New York cast member Consequence and his wife Jen the Pen. After Consequence and Jen the Pen went in on Joe in a radio interview, Joe confronted the couple at another New York radio station, and it was all caught on camera.

VH1′s TLC biopic seems to be going full steam ahead. In what may prove to be one of Hollywood’s most interesting casting picks, rap artist Lil Mama has been chosen to play Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes. HipHollywood.com got the scoop when interviewing MC Lyte at a recent pre-Grammy event. Lyte had nothing but high praise for her younger counterpart:
“I’m going to put my focus and concentration on helping a sister who is talented, smart, witty and just had her chances cut too short, Lil Mama, cuz that is a talented young woman. I want to see her do some beautiful things.”
Screenwriter Kate Lanier (“Set It Off”, “What’s Love Got To Do With It”) has penned the script for the still untitled project, and TLC’s remaining members Chilli and T-Boz have signed on as consultants.
