After alligator spotting on the bayou, Bam Bam indulges in some fried chicken at Willie Mae’s Scotch House, escargot at Mimi’s, and sandwiches at Coquette’s. He wraps up his NOLA escapade with a lesson in how to cook lamb neck with Isaac Toups and a special performance by The Little Freddie King Blues Band.
